5 1/8” Wall Plate Holy Land Jerusalem Armenian Pottery 
Though there is no sticker, I think it was made by Balian. The Balian Family of Jerusalem  has been producing exclusive hand painted ceramic tiles and pottery since 1922. The Balian Ceramics is the only studio in Jerusalem producing their own ceramic ware and tiles by methods handed over to them by grandparents and parents. Their pottery has also been the subject of numerous articles in magazines and newspapers worldwide. 
A wonderful and quite colorful heirloom gift from Israel. You could use a plate easel to display it on a table or desk top.
It has a little hole in the back for an easy wall display.
