Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Judaica Vintage and Art. We take great care in packaging and shipping each order to ensure your items arrive safely and in excellent condition.

1. Order Processing

All orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.

 

2. Shipping Rates & Methods

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and carrier rates.

We currently offer:

  • Domestic Shipping (within the U.S.) – Standard or Express options depending on destination.

  • International Shipping – Available to most countries. Delivery times and costs vary based on carrier and location.
     

Please note:

  • Delivery estimates are provided by carriers and may be subject to delays beyond our control (e.g., customs, weather, postal disruptions).

  • We are not responsible for delays once an order is in transit.

 

3. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, or local fees imposed by their country.

We cannot mark packages as “gifts” or alter customs values.

Refused or unclaimed packages due to unpaid fees will not be refunded.

 

4. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout.

We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

 

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at shipping@judaicavintage.com, including photos of the item and packaging.

For lost shipments, we will assist in filing a carrier claim but are not responsible for items lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
