Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Judaica Vintage and Art. Each item we offer is carefully curated for its beauty, quality, and uniqueness. Because many of our products are vintage, handmade, limited-edition, and mostly one of a kind, all sales are final.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • The return request is made within 14 days of delivery.

  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided.

Please note that customized or made-to-order items are non-refundable unless damaged or defective upon arrival.

 

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at support@judaicavintage.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • A brief explanation or photo if the item was damaged

Once your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions on how and where to send your package.   

Please do not send items back without prior authorization.

 

3. Shipping Costs for Returns
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Judaica Vintage and Art is not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.

 

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.  If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Refund timing may vary depending on your payment provider.

 

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at returns@judaicavintage.com with clear photos.  We’ll arrange a replacement or issue a full refund (including shipping, if applicable).

 

6. Exchanges

Because many of our items are vintage, handmade, or one of a kind, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please follow the return process outlined above (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

Please note that:

Items not eligible for return are also not eligible for exchange.

We cannot guarantee availability of similar or identical items due to the unique nature of our inventory.
