The beautiful vintage Jewish Shabbat Sabbath Challah Cover, made of green velvet with golden embroidery and cotton lining,  Hebrew writing.
This Challah cover, a special cloth used to cover the braided loaves of challah bread on the table at the beginning of a Shabbat or holiday meal. The cover has Hebrew text embroidered on it and an image of a menorah. 
The Hebrew text translates to "Remember the Sabbath day to keep it holy" and "In honor of the holy Sabbath and holiday".
