Reverse: A stylized picture of United Jerusalem, its main buildings standing out. The inscription "Jerusalem" in Hebrew and English.
Edge: The State emblem and the words "State of Israel" in Hebrew and English. There is also a number 4247. 
The medal is 2 3/4” in diameter. The case is 4” by 4 1/2” by 3/4”
Both the medal and the case are in excellent vintage condition.
