Similar works have been associated with artists like Esther Bensimon and Kopel Gurwin, who worked in Jerusalem with textiles and appliqué. 
It measures 25" in length not counting the cloth tab and the width of the cloth is 13".  The side edges are not hemmed so there is a bit of fraying.   The colors and graphics are wonderful.  The border is turquoise color.
