Temple B'nai Sholom is a Reform Jewish congregation and the oldest synagogue in continuous use in Alabama.
The congregation was founded in 1876 by 32 families.
The current building was dedicated in 1899 and is noted for its Romanesque style and Renaissance Revival influences. The Huntsville Jewish Heritage Center was established within the temple to tell the story of the local Jewish community.
