Large framed poster for an art exhibition about the ketubah, a traditional Jewish marriage contract. The ketubah is a legally binding document that outlines a husband's obligations to his wife, ensuring her financial and physical protection in the event of divorce or death. 
The exhibition was titled "KETUBAH: THE JEWISH MARRIAGE CONTRACT". 
It was held at the Art Gallery of Ontario from March 28 to April 27, 1980.
The exhibited items were on loan from the Geol Roth Collection, Beth Tzedec Museum, Toronto, Canada, and private lenders.
